From start to finish we had a fabulous time. I wasn't sure what to expect and bought this for my boyfriend but we all came away raving about the experience. I haven't stopped recommending the Banya to people. Staff were fantastic and the treatment made us all feel like brand new people. If I won the lottery I would be there every week.

Amazing experience from start to finish, and the atmosphere was authentically Russian. My partner and I both had a parenie, followed by a honey salt scrub and a Siberian body wash, with a few steam and plunge pool sessions and some light food interspersed between treatments. The dumplings and pickles were delicious. The staff all did their best to ensure that guests were able to enjoy themselves at their own pace whistle facilitating social distancing. Left feeling brand new.

I have only visited twice, but am already a big fan of Banya No. 1. Not only are the treatments excellent, but, thanks to the friendly staff, there is a nice, relaxed atmosphere. I also love the relaxation area and Russian food and drinks on offer. I have recommended Banya No. 1 to friends.

Super overpriced place. If you are truly Russian then don’t waste your time to go, better just go to spa and have same experience for much cheaper price.

I love Banya No. 1, one of my favourite treats in London. 3 hours to switch off, unwind, and come out feeling completely reborn. Staff and the manager are brilliant, the place is really well designed. Highly recommend the house tea, the platter of pickled veggies, the parenie treatment and of course the plunge pool after a session in the steam room :)

I visited the Hoxton branch during the mixed session. Gold Package. -Parenie - I enjoyed this, first time experience, worth another visit. Massage-this was excellent. Alex very thorough and knowledgeable. Honey and salt scrub – excellent – thank you for the advice! Mud facial mask - lovely end to an excellent series of treatments. Also understood the value of the ice cold water bucket and plunge pool, hope I will work up to appreciate it ! Overall had a great time. Clean, very organized yet relaxed and informal. Staff were efficient and effective. Definitely recommend.
