Amazing hotel. Really really lovely. Grounds are relaxing and well looked after. Hotel has modern and fresh decor. Really comfy beds. A breakfast that is insanely good. Robes and slippers. Fresh milk and fridge available in room plus coffee machine. The staff are incredible. They go above and beyond to make your stay lovely. And they are a real asset to the hotel. Spa facilities are great! With bar service and place to relax as well as swim, sauna etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Went for a spa day with my daughter. The staff were very welcoming. A special thanks to Angelique on reception who went out of her way to look after us. Also to Leanne who did my treatments. Heaven! Lovely lunch. All the staff were wonderful. Really appreciate the attention we received. Thank you.

We have stayed here twice now on our way back from Cornwall. The staff have always been smiley and helpful, the room we stayed in (306) with the kids is fantastic - modern and well appointed. The extra touches (like kids slippers, dressing downs, activity kit and cookies) are so much appreciated - lifted the kids spirits after a long journey in traffic. There is even a pillow menu, which is unusual in a 4 star hotel. The pool is great too. In essence, a 4 star hotel in price but a 5 star hotel in mentality.

The staff at the Solent hotel were exceptional! Jordan and I got engaged at this hotel and they made sure every detail was perfect! The staff went above and beyond for Jordan and I making our stay perfect! The food was amazing, the rooms were clean and spacious, the staff are friendly, and the service is second to none! We’re over the moon with our stay and will hopefully be returning for anniversaries to come! Thank you to all the staff for making it special for us x

Beautiful Hotel, amazing service especially from an amazing young lady called Bella! She is a real credit to the hotel. Really made us feel extra special. All the staff just couldn't do enough for us. The gym and spa facilities are also fabulous! Will definitely be returning in the near future. 😍
