Review

I came to these guys as they had a unique offering with the solar powered blinds and I had a very inaccessible window - 4m above ground with no access. They came as scheduled and fitted the system well, facing some challenging working conditions given the height. Sadly the window is north facing and didn't catch enough light to charge fully and it stopped working after a few months as the batteries ran dry. I informed the guys and their customer service was excellent. They came out and changed the configuration to remove the solar pack and ensure I was all square and happy. I was kept informed all the way by their office staff and install teams. I'm not always the easiest customer and it was a challenging job but the team always kept up communication with me at every stage and responded to any queries very quickly. I've ended up with a good solution so am happy we worked together to find it.

Review

We got a orangery lantern shade from solar sun shades. They were professional, courteous and effiecent. The fitting was delayed twice due to problems with the fabric we selected and we had to then select another fabric, however when they came to fit the blind our original fabric was the one they fitted! The blind was.fotted upside down initially but this was corrected the very next day. Blind works well and looks good, it is battery operated with solar panel recharging. Solar sun shades were competitively priced some installers charging double or more for a similar shade.

Review

Your customer service taints the friendly competent fitters. Quality blinds but i was messed around for 5 months with stock issues, wasting my time. All i ask for is transparency. I had a small discount for this to compensate. I am disappointed.
