Rang up to ask for a quote on a conservatory. Lady I spoke to clearly was not interested. Asked for where I lived which is pontypridd, which her reply was to laugh abs state we aren't able to travel to pontypridd. I questioned this as it was for work and like many people and companies we need to travel to work. Very rude and not interested in the work extremely disappointing with the customer service.
