Staff in there are lovely, BUT gave my 7 month old daughter wrong diagnosis. I said she had conjunctivitis and got ignored by nurse. she said she had viral infection (yesterday), today we had to go a&e as she has conjunctivitis and bronchitis! We got antibiotics for her eyes. Numbing spray and anti sickness medication. Even doctors thought it was disgusting and shocked at how wrong her diagnosis was, she was on oxygen too. The nurse said her chest sounded fine but doctor could hear fluid. it’s disgusting! I’m glad I trusted my gut and got a second opinion. I really do think nurses in there are rushing appointments which isn’t fair especially with babies.

My daughter took her baby there today but was turned away because baby had a temperature. Nurse made baby an appointment at Adult Walk In Centre. She was seen there and diagnosed with an ear infection. This is disgusting and ridiculous.

I visited today with my daughter and I honestly was overwhelmed by the staff. So fantastic with my little one, quick diagnosis (which her usual doctor missed only hours earlier) and made to feel so at ease! Fabulous, kind staff! Can't rate high enough.
