Sadly the the lady boss treats you like a naughty child and seems customer hostile The essence of relaxation and pamper is a friendly amicable environment so only one star for me

So I suffer with a rotten back I visited in January 2020 and I could hardly stand up straight but after a short consultation I was and a very deep tissue massage I was in a lot less pain and upright again. I highly recommend and will be visiting again as I am in agony again with my back and legs.
