Left a lovely expensive red coat to dry clean... went on holidays and when I came back went to collect. They didn’t have it! They say they called me around 3 times to collect it but no one answered... I have no miscalls or no one left a message about it... they say they took it to charity but when I asked where they couldn’t tell me... they just decided to keep it... never again since...

Turned up at 3:30 today (Thursday), big WE ARE OPEN sign on the door, schedule on the door says Thursday 9:00-4:00. The door was locked and a waste of a trip. I can understand if google was wrong and the times were different but if you’re not even open according to the times on your own door then what is the point of having opening times at all?

like most people these past few months ;i have been working from home but the office is about to reopen i needed to get my shirts and suits ready took 8 shirts and 4 suits into the shop on Wednesday for cleaning and was told would be ready today i collected them this afternoon ,all nicely presented and i was surprised how well they look hanging up ready to wear Smarty has done a fantastic job my suits look like new and the shirts are ironed just as well as my mum used to do them would highly recommend them to anyone
