I am now a regular! Smart Recovery and Wellness are playing an important part in my journey for better health and well-being. Emma, Bree and all the team are so friendly, knowledgeable and caring and always there for advice. I have have used most of the services there and regularly use the sauna. I love the workshops and weekly mini courses that are offered regularly because I learn so much. I highly recommend making Smart Recovery and Wellness a part of your life. 🙌

Very clean, great ambiance, spotless facilities. My wife and I used the infrared sauna and it was so comfortable. We will be heading later this month for the salt room and it looks very good. Booking via the website was easy, confirmation came and through quickly.
