Love my chairbed. The bed just rolls out easily, it's comfy, and the fabric is smooth and available in lots of colours, so I chose orange. Great price too.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! ILLEGALLY TAKE PEOPLE’S MONEY AND DO NOT ABIDE BY THEIR RETURNS POLICIES! ALL 5 star reviews are fake!! Bought a sofa and it arrived not as described at all, asked for an exchange within the 14 working day period and was denied to do so! After sending the company screen shots of their returns policy stating 14 working days they went onto their website and illegal changed their policies to 14 days to avoid giving the exchange. RUDE customer service and just a horrible, horrible company to deal with. PLEASE STAY AWAY! They do not deserve any business.

Just been trying to see if this company is any good. Oddly all the reviewers giving 5 stars seem to live in several different countries at the same time. Very odd ????

Customer service very poor no interest in trying to help resolve an issue just want the £149.00 collection charge per item. Also website is misleading even when trying to arrange an exchange the company was not helpful.... please check the small print as £149 per item to be paid for returns if something is not as you found it displayed on the website site they just wriggle out of it!!!! Much better companies offering better value for money and not a return fee that is a complete RIP OFF!!! have gone else where and taken a hit on the return which I now intend to follow up with a small claims action.

I ordered and received my Globe Corner Sofa bed. Delivery was on time approximately 3 weeks. I was kept updated all the way with time delivery expected. I ordered the Graphite Grey, exactly as expected. Looks more expensive than it is. I have had several compliments, looks great in my Summer House. My elderly father enjoys sitting on it, because it more firm that soft and squishy so he is able to get up from it with ease. I was a little apprehensive buying online as you are never sure what you are going to get and some photos can be deceiving. Though i had seen a review by tideawaytoday.co.uk with photos showing the exact colour i wanted. This review is what swayed me to purchase. Glad i did! Thanks SLF24!

Dillon 2 delivered today. Expected quality, yes it’s chip board, with material stapled onto it. Asked delivery guy to take it upstairs, he said ‘But it’s heavy.’ Then said ‘well that’s where it’s going’, reply: ‘we’re not allowed to take it upstairs.’

Having discovered the swath of negative reviews for SLF24 on Google only after placing my order, I became rather apprehensive about dealing with this company. However, I was delighted to find my fears were misplaced. The sofa and armchair I ordered look *exactly* like the photographs and are really beautifully made. They also arrived extremely quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
