Cannot fault Crosby Carpets, very pleased with the service from the shop to the carpet fitters. Very happy with my carpets. Thanks to Mick and Robbie for helping me with my daughters furniture.

I am thrilled to bits with my new laminate and carpet. Great job guys and all at a fantastic price. Would not hesitate to use this company again :)

Worst place to go for a carpet its all gathered up on landin i have to push my feet on it to try an get creased out an its the same in the hall andddd iv bought spray so i can push it then keep it upto the doors joke of a place an was ere from 9-5 never again il av to wait now till i get money to buy a new 1

ABSELOBTLEY terrible customer service down from the person who comes to measure the floor to the people in the shop. when on the phone the old man throws the phone down without saying goodbye. not going to get many customers with that kind of attitude ! wofuell not impressed would not recommend

Paid for job 6 weeks ago. Still not finished Dismissive and unhelpful when calling to find out what's going on. Told me 17 days ago the job would on my take another week....Still waiting......avoid !

I'm a bit late writing my review but a year ago I had to have new flooring right throughout my house.. it was a refurb and the flooring had to be done in stages to fit round the workmen I had working on the house. Covid made ordering difficult but Mal managed to get the stock in on time and his fitters showed up on the days booked and on time. Excellent service, choice and products..could not fault.

Had laminate flooring done was a decent job but all beading was not complete after many calls to the shop and fitter last bit still not complete.had to go and get beading myself at cost from another place and finish it myself.you decide if its the right place for you to decide...the name was under Lancaster when order was made

Helpful and polite but down the road is half the price

100% - A* Used Crosby carpets for the first time and 100% I will be again. No pushy sales from the start, just professional advice. The fitter (Joe) arrived bang on on time, told us what he was going to do. He even asked if he could have his radio on low (going above and beyond with customer care) and provided an excellent fit. I'll be intouch with these guys again very soon. Thank you.
