Slug & Lettuce Deansgate manchester

Went in for a few drinks and the bar staff were very slow to serve so we sat down and ordered drinks through the app. They arrived within 4 minutes which was great. Then ordered more drinks and after 22 minutes of waiting ended up going to the bar to find out what was going on and they honestly were stood (3 of them) at the bar talking to each other. I get it can get busy and sometimes it's great to have a chat I use to do the same but never at the expense of a customer. Needless to say I won't be going back to this one again.

Went on a Friday night... Did seem to take a while to get served sometimes ignored. We made the most of it and had a good time. Gents toilet cubicles need attending to. Broken lock on one door, no toilet paper in the next one and the other the toilet seat doesn't stay up lol so that was a fun visit to the loos. Wouldn't have a problem drinking here again.

Can't knock it for price and cocktail 2 for 1. But food quality could be a lot better. Didn't take any pics but the nachos were 4/10

Accidentally knocked over my drink. Georgina came over, without question cleaned it up and replaced my drink which she didn't have to. Lovely staff warm and friendly atmosphere.

Opened til 2am tonight. Toilets were very clean. Staff friendly. The music level just nice so that we could still at and have a conversation without shouting too loudly. Plenty of comfortable seating

Nice place but a little bit expensive

Went for breakfast this morning and was the only customer. A massive vegetarian breakfast was served and a small pot of tea (about 2 cups) all for less than £8! The quality of the breakfast is top notch and it's the best value for money you can get on Deansgate. The staff were excellent as one could expect on a quote week day morning.

Been here a few times in town in the evening and it never disappoints. Great atmosphere, music, people. Though I would advise if your looking for somewhere more quiter and away from the night life I'd probably go earlier in the day, less busy and loud.

Faye is the BEST! As aliens from the Andromeda galaxy visiting this quarter of the milky way, we must say, she has given the best customer service we have received in all 48,000 galaxies we have visited so far! Amazing work!

Faye was the best hostess you could ask for! She made our time here fun, memorable and enjoyable! She made sure our glasses were topped up constantly and made us laugh all trough out! Could not ask for anything better!
