Took £50 for a deposit when I arrived i found out that the only parking was In St. John’s shopping centre which made me late for my appointment and they refused to let me rebook unless I paid an additional £50 claiming the doctor was missing out on money due to me not arriving on time. I have asked them to send my contact number to said doctor so I can just have the treatment without the pointless consultation that I have already paid for.

I was 10 minutes late due to my train being delayed. They cancelled my appointment telling me to reschedule. I have never experienced this with other private clinics! The ONLY positive sk:n have are their SALES on their skin treatments that is it!

Review

Needed a fast growing wart like growth removed from my neck. Had laser removal which was very quick and painless. Now several weeks later, you would not know that it had been there. A little expensive for the length of time of appointment and simplicity of the removal,, but happy with the result..

Review

I found reception staff polite and friendly. The atmosphere was reassuring and discreet and I did not feel self-conscious. The doctor I saw (on Friday) was professional and I felt confident in his diagnosis and treatment sugggestions. The after effects of the laser are as he described but as it has been just under a week since treatment I cannot comment on the final result. However, it looks promising and the lump appears to have been removed.

Treatment for acne scarring was a total waste of time and money. Ideally, I would like to get a full refund of the £100 I spent on a test patch. The staff are friendly but neglected to give me a call back to see how I was doing after the test patch (promised as part of the service). The doctor in charge of providing the treatment did not inspire confidence at all. When I went for the test patch, he was very brusque and did not fully explain the procedure to me, nor did he take any proper time to answer my questions. When I went back for a check up several weeks later, he had NO IDEA what I was there for because he had LOST my notes. I find this to be extremely unprofessional, especially for a PAYING client. He couldn't remember where he had done the test patch, therefore, was incapable of doing a proper assessment of my skin's recovery. Since then, I have noticed my skin had actually SCARRED from the treatment, despite using the £40 worth of lotions that they persuaded me buy to prevent scarring from happening! I understand that skin is a chain. Maybe you might have better luck elsewhere, just don't go to the one in Liverpool!
