I am so happy with my procedure at ErinNicole. The salon is absolutely spotlessly clean and smells amazing. Staff wear masks and so I felt completely covid safe at all times, there is hand sanitizer for use. I could not praise Nikki highly enough, she is an absolute perfectionist and an expert at what she does. My eyebrows have a perfect shape, and she listened to exactly what I asked for and gave me a natural looking brow restoring my confidence after I experienced hair loss on my brows. I was fully supported from start to finish, the whole procedure was discussed with me and fully explained. No question was left unanswered. I could not be happier with my new eyebrows, I could not recommend Nikki highly enough and urge anyone contemplating this to book in, you will not be disappointed! I only wish I would have had it done sooner!

I cannot recommend this lady more highly, I recently had my eyebrows tattooed and they are perfect. I've had so many compliments about them since getting them done. I felt like my face looked odd before my treatment but now I am so happy they are just perfect. The whole experience from start to finish was very professional and relaxing. Best brow girl in Liverpool! Honestly I've gone to Nicki now for 8 years and wouldn't let anyone else touch my eyebrows. She is also an amazing nail tech and her designs are on point....they also last! And to top that off her knowledge in all aspects of beauty you just know your in good hands.

I have had my eyebrows semi permanently tatooed by Nikki and tops ups over the last few years. I have had so many compliments and my eyebrows now shape my face. I have also had lots of other treatments at the salon including Shellac which lasts over 2 weeks. The salon is immaculate and Nikki goes above and beyond in her cleanliness. She use the best products and the quality amazing.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my treatment, Nick is an utter perfectionist, always happy with my treatment - highly recommended ❤️
