I was really worried about how much it’d cost to fix my wife’s duo logic gear box in her Fiat 500 I’ve seen online people paying £1,600. Brought it in very worried.....these guys are HONEST!!! They found a bad connection and charged me £84! I don’t do reviews but these guys deserve people to know that they’re honest! My interactions with staff were all very professional too. Top marks Simonstone....I’m sorry I doubted you....just because you’re a main dealer .Thank you!!!

Very unprofessional staff. As soon as the employee understood I wasn’t going to buy the car today and just wanted information he started making fun of my questions and simply told me to do a simulation on the website and wasn’t willing to help me anymore. Well when I do buy the car I sure won’t come here mate.

Highly recommend, we had been to 2 other car dealerships and walked out in disappointment! Joe and the team really looked after us, knowledgeable, professional, no hard sale or hassle, but friendly and patient. Made the whole experience enjoyable!! Love our new JEEP, thank you guys!

I bought a gorgeous Coral Fiat 500 second hand & through the Fiat finance. Joe the salesman was lovely, no hustling, or underhand tactics you usually get from car salesman. Top class service & I felt i’d got a good deal. I collected the car on Valentine’s Day & there were a box of chocs in there, a nice touch! Roll onto July now & my car was due for its first official service & MOT. Joe waived the MOT fee and the car flew through it’s service. £79 for the service which for a main dealer, I felt this was exceptionally cheap! I could not be happier with the customer service from start to finish. The car is ace too! No problems at all . In 3 years I will definitely be back to upgrade. I’ve had VW’s & Fords from main dealerships & Fiat have blown them both out of the water for service from start to finish. Keep up the good work FIAT - so far impeccable, thank you Katie S

Helpful and didn't have pushy sales people. Had a good look at the cars, didn't find what we were looking for but would come back if we wanted a smaller car, possibly for the kids when they want their 1st car.

We bought a Hyundai Trajet because it was just a little bit dearer than a used Ford. The sales went OK with the part exchange but when it came to the first service, our experience was far from good. Simonstone gave us a quote but it was really expensive so we went to our usual garage, Roadworthy Suzuki in Fishponds, Bristol. They were a fraction of the cost and used genuine Hyundai parts. They even called Simonstone to ask what brand oil they use so the warantee wasn't invalidated. The response from the service desk was "I don't know, it comes in a big barrel". I have noticed that Simonstones premises are now vacant with no notice!
