Recently purchased a Range Rover from Guy Salmon, salesman Aaron Baker. A couple of months later found ourselves in need of a vehicle for our daughter. I rang into Guy Salmon Jaguar Bristol on 2 occasions in the last week, both times being promised a call back by Service, the 2nd to Phillipa in Service on 14 Dec who said she would call me back herself. Still waiting on both and not what I expect from a main dealer representing Jaguar. Perhaps some training to staff on the importance of good customer service...

A very pleasant experience. I stopped on my route home, and enjoyed a lovely brunch and coffee. Very friendly staff, with produce available to purchase for home use, as well as for eating in. Highly recommend for a Brunch, coffee and cake break.

Took my car in for MOT and very clearly mentioned the brake light was not working. However, took the car out a week later to find that it still wasn't working. I assumed it was a mistake and called up to see why this happened and when I could have it looked at. I was transferred to Ian, who I was told was the service manager - I could not be more disappointed with his attitude and response. The levels of defensiveness for what should have been a straightforward conversation was surprising. Comments like "it will take as long as it takes" and sounding like he was eating while talking to me does not really stack up with the levels of professionalism I would expect. While I'm sure he is competent, his attitude and behaviors does not support customer facing roles. Very disappointed and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
