We had a really nice stay here for two nights. We made the most of the pool which was really nice, if a little hot in the room! Indoor and outdoor heated pools were lovely however. The rooms we had (needed two due to them being so full when I booked!) were both neat and well presented. We had a lovely couple of nights. The view from both rooms was excellent. We were moved up one floor on the second night which made it even better. The restaurant was excellent and we made the most of it moving to comfy chairs to enjoy cocktails and cheeses.

Lovely hotel very friendly staff. Our room was a superior one and was very comfortable and clean. My only issue was breakfast was poorly organised all the waiters were running around serving random tables and on our second day took over one hour to get our food even though we asked several times for it. I think if the waiters were given so many tables each to wait on it would run a lot smoother. The spa area and gym were very nice and clean and had some lovely beds to relax on.

Our three day stay in your hotel was great. We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view from our room. Our evening dinners in your restaurant were fabulous. Finally, your front desk, room cleaning service and restaurant/bar staff were very nice as well.

Nice hotel in a lovely location. The staff must have worked hard to get all the covid rules in place ,though they seemed short handed,.Food was good but perhaps could be more varied in style and a change of menu in 24 hours might be considered. Small, but annoying things like the non arrival of newspapers and lack of biscuits in the rooms on arrival could easily be remedied. We hope to visit again in the future.

I have recently visited the hotel and used all the facilities available, I especially found the spa an amazing experience. The lady Michelle giving us a really personal touch. She made our stay one of the best I have experienced. After staying at a number of hotels, and using all their facilities, I can say the treatment I received was second to none. Thank you Harbour Hotel and Spa. I will definitely recommend you and return. Michelle you are a star and a credit to the hotel keep it up. Thank you all.

I went for a day spa package today, booking really last minute as I was unexpectedly in the area with my 16 yr old daughter. They really went out of their way to accommodate us and fit us in despite being booked and having a therapist off at short notice. They knew it was a treat for my daughter, as she’s had a rough time & gave her such a lovely welcome and made her feel really special. The staff were all just lovely! We both had a lovely massage. Package included a lunch which was really nice and again, really good service. Thank you all so much!

Booked Sunday Lunch at the Harbour Hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday with our daughters who had traveled from London. The restaurant is in a lovely location and has stunning views. Service was very slow, our food was cold and the young boys serving couldn’t have been less interested. We did complain and the price of the main meal was removed. But that’s not the point. I would have much rather have had a good time and enjoyed the meal. Really disappointed.

Enjoyed the beauty and surroundings of the hotel, absolutely fantastic. The reason I was disappointed, like other guests we were with was the pricing for drinks is quite extortionate, I ordered 1 large glass of white wine and 1 pint of lemonade which cost me £17.00, absolutely crazy pricing for two drinks. We also enjoyed a sparkling afternoon tea, which was lovely, but the pricing had been increased from the quoted £21.00 per person to £28.00 per person without even being informed of this change. Other than that we had a wonderful time.
