Rate it in my top three massages of my life! Beautiful polite staff who were so courteous and nice to adjust pressure to my liking Clean facility which is such a nice change compared to many other places I’ve been to. Spacious couples massage room and comparable rate. Relaxing throughout (I fell asleep!), not too noisy at all from outside sounds and delicious tea at the end. Will visit again when next in Adelaide

After quite a long drive across Australia in a car that wasn't intended for off-road we needed a massage on arrival in Adelaide Siam Retreat Thai Massage my wife and I extremely relaxed getting out all the knots and creaks We had a warm welcome from the receptionist, ushered to a massive couples room with high ceilings, sturdy massage tables and a beautiful shower and bath. The couples massage and facial were excellent with both masseuses expertly finding the worst of it. Would go again if in Adelaide

4/ 5

After experiencing ‘sensational’ massages in Thailand, where you feel muscle knots and aches ‘soothed’ away with carefully applied pressure and manipulation …. And ‘pain’ is not severe or prolonged …. It’s a fine line to cross. For me, 5 star ratings are for massages that find and ease knots and muscle soreness, without having to ask the practitioner to ‘lighten- up’.

We were so looking forward to a four hands massage right up until it started! Oh my god so painful, felt like our shoulder blades and collarbones were going to break. Ladies that were massaging legs were good not too hard but ladies that did the upper body were way too hard and digging elbows in so deep brought tears to your eyes. This was meant to be relaxing and feel peace at the end, instead feel more pain than before the massage. No relaxation music except in reception area. For $155 per person, seriously disappointed.

2/ 5

I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time of 10am. I booked a 30min scrub, 1.5hr massage and 30min mini facial. At 10.10, I was shown to the room, told to undress and wait. There was no good morning, nothing. Just a "come this way". Nowhere to put my clothes except on a chair which was oily. Eventually the lady returned and started the scrub. This only lasted 10min, concluding at 10.25. I was told to have a shower and she would be back. She returned at 10.50!!. The massage was nice but not sure how a 90min massage which starts at 10.50 ends at 12pm. Another 10 mins out of the room before returning to give the facial which was just OK. She then commenced to wipe me down with a cold, hard cloth. When I told her it was too cold and I will take a hot shower, she told me I didn't have time. I made sure I got my shower. I think if you are after a massage, great. If you are wanting a spa experience, don't go. Customer service is shocking. Treatments just OK. I will also be calling the manager as she was not available.
