Ash gave me a full body massage on my birthday and it was incredible. Not only is ash so kind and lovely, she made me feel at ease and the massage was the best. Iv also used the float tank before and I can honestly say it’s life changing. Such a beautiful space too. Thankyou! Can’t wait to be back ❤️

Ash at Prana Healing is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk through the door you immediately feel relaxed. There is such a warm inviting atmosphere and the place smells divine. Ash makes you feel so welcome and at ease and explains everything in detail. Her massage skills are by far the best I have ever had. I will definitely be back. Thanks Ash

5/ 5

Walking into the brand new premise of Prana Healing on Unley Road, I immediately felt a sense of ease and calm wash over me. The fit out is minimal and decorated effortlessly and perfectly; with neutral bohemian chairs and a striking white & hessian front counter. The windows are curtained off for added privacy. Ash is so warm and welcoming. She guided me through to the float therapy room. Having never experienced float therapy before, I had many questions around the process & hygiene procedures; which she clearly answered and made me feel comfortable. The float tank is a very large white sensory deprivation tank taking up most to the room. Reminded me of a space ship. It is domed so you can sit up fully once inside. The water is warm at body temp of about 35 degrees; filled with tonnes of Epsom salts and magnesium. I undressed but the warm glow of the orange salt lamp and started off with a hot shower (the head sized shower head was a highlight) I then placed ear plugs in and got inside the tank. There is a light and a ledge for a towel. You can hop in and out at any point. Once laying down you effortlessly float with only your face and the very top of your stomach above the waterline. I was delighted to hear super tranquil music under the water. This music fades off after about ten minutes to a very soft level. The first 15 minutes were spent adjusting and accommodating to my new surroundings. Having no sounds or vibrations and almost complete darkness, its a new surreal environment. You can anchor yourself at the end or side of the tank. After a little, my mind began to wander. I began to imagine and envision beautiful images. At some point, I feel asleep as I woke up as the music volume gently. The curious part is that I never felt like I fell asleep or woke up; I just surmised this based on the one hour time frame. I had flowed in and out of sleep so seamlessly. The experience is completed with another hot shower; washing the solution of your hair and off your skin. I floated out on a cloud; gooey muscles and a full mind clearing reset. I highly recommend a Prana Healing float therapy session for anyone looking to de-stress and centre yourself. I will be a Prana regular!
