Soo good shop and very cheep shoes i bye today 5 pond shoes sooo comfortable

Lovely shop well stocked helpful staff.

I would have given this place a ZERO rating if I could. 1. Shop floor not clean 2. Management and staff are rude 3. No interest in serving customers just want to finish their shift and go home at store closing time 4. Stock all over the place can't find sizes at all. I walked into the Shoe Zone in Asda Mayo Avenue Bradford at 7.40pm on a Saturday evening. The shop closing time is 8pm. I walked around to look at some shoes for my daughter as school was starting in a couple of weeks. As I looked around I heard the manager at the till shout across to a staff member ''can you ask him to leave". A staff member came up to me and advised the shop was closed. I looked at my phone and advised that the shop closes at 8pm. The staff member told me it was 8pm. I showed her my phone and it was 7.48pm The staff member looked around baffled and responded ""we are closed as we need to do paperwork and you have to come back tomorrow". I had a pair of shoes for my daughter in my hands. I dropped them and walked out. This place is pathetic. Avoid. It's Rude Zone more than Shoe Zone. As soon as I walked out the shutter went down. At 7.49pm when they are supposed to shut at 8pm. Senior area management take note of what's going on in this place. If sales are down you know why!! Please sort this mess out and to other shoppers don't waste your money in this place. Asda itself has a much larger variety and their staff actually talk to you like people. Avoid Rude Zone at all costs!!!!

Staff is rude.Especially one girl who is guiding customer.She makes you feel that you are not welcome.
