Slowest checkout ever. They let customers know that they are closing in 10 mins, but then there is only 1 person at checkout so it literally takes longer than 10 mins waiting to pay, while there are at least 2 or 3 people walking around "tidying" the store. Clearly a management issue. Discounted/"on sale" items can only be exchanged, so that's an inconvenience too. Also store closes at 5.30pm on weekdays. Shame.

Music is far too loud in that place. I mean I already know the reason why they do it but I could barely hear myself think. Woman on the till had to actually shout in order for me to be able to hear her.
