Went with my husband who has recently had a stoke to buy some work boots. Electrical wires trailing all over the floor which we had to step over contravening customer safety however that was not the main issue. The lady serving simply did not want to know, no help whatsoever offered as we tried to buy some waterproof work boots. I went to the desk to ask questions at least 3 times and she wasn't interested and never came to my husbands assistance. I was made to feel most unwelcome. We were the only people in the shop so there was no excuse. We ended up purchasing some boots because he needed them urgently, we also wanted a coat but decided to buy one elsewhere. Customer service training badly needed there!! Leaving a bad review is something I intensely dislike but I felt I had no option on this occasion. After reading the response left by the owner I feel I must respond. The lady in question certainly did not seem to be on work experience and was very much in charge although I commend the owner for offering such places. Having a trailing electrical wire at the bottom of a step is certainly a trip hazard especially to somebody who has recently had a 'STROKE' I am quite sure you know what I meant to say when I misspelled it. I SUPOOSE I should have realised! I have upgraded your review to a 3 as the boots were of good quality and I appreciate what you do for charity and they should not be blamed but as you chose to be rude to me you don't really deserve it!

Bought work trousers online, were delivered securely and on time, great service.

Trousers bought here today. After going to Arco and not having the ones I wanted. Very helpful got the ones I wanted off the shelf and cheaper. Very wide range off the shelf items. Will use again!
