Shefa Medical Practice Within St Peter’s Health Centre leicester

I book an appointment she give me appointment 7 pm I came to my appointment the said I didn’t book any appointment i am leveving from the surgery I recommend no one joined this surgery the are fuking unorganised

Dr Docrat is an excellent helpful and friendly doctor. Surgery is always busy and can be hard to get an appointment. Apart from that i cant fault this surgery.

This doctors is a joke. Extremely rude and abbrasive receptionist staff. NEEDS TO BE FIRED. IMMEDIATLY.

Receptionist do not have a clue. Doesn't even know what a DS1500 form is and told me to call back another time when someone else is in. This is a joke.

Never go to Shefa Medical Practice, I've never seen so rude receptionist, I've been told to shut up while asking her a question and this is not the first time, besides the reception will give you wrong information. I'm not leaving this comment after 1 visit, I'm registered for 5 months and each month there is a problem with my prescription pills, if i don't take them i end in hospital and this is unacceptable, I don't know how its possible for people with such and attitude to work...NEVER VIZIT THIS PLACE

Changing GP was the best decision I made! There is no quality of care and I felt neglected. The doctor didn’t really care about my problem and are always in a rush to get through their appointments. It’s always a new doctor whom you have to repeat yourself to. I once asked to see a doctor and got referred to a nurse instead who didn’t bother looking at my medical history and was going to give me wrong medication. My new GP have done more for me in a day than Shefa MP has done in a year. My new GP referred me to see a district nurse every week and referred me to the hospital. Shefa MP never gave this care and I’m glad to have moved from there.

Convinced all you need to land a job in this practice is to answer how many calls can you avoid. Near impossible to get in contact with a doctor

As this is a city practice and not a village practice, also there are other people besides me. I take it all in my stride, if they say it's a two week wait. If it is an emergency, then I go to the hospital, as there are other people besides me. I find the receptionists pleasant, as long as you treat them the way that you want to be treated and not shout,scream or swear at them. It does not take much to be pleasant as they will bend over backwards to help, so give them a chance, not just here but other service industries.

the staff at this place are extremely rude and late. receptionists are very rude, disrespectful and unfriendly. the receptionist gave me an appointment two weeks ago classified as "emergency appointment" and when i went in, the doctor had the audacity to tell me that "she needs to be quick because she had to go and have her Christmas eve holidays". absolutely atrocious.

Reception is very poor they hardly answer the phone even if they answer they don't give you appointment and then talks back to you.
