There is a wide range of a variety of debutante dresses as well as wedding dresses and formal dresses. The staff were so attentive and friendly, the minute my friend and I walked into the shop! As I was trying on debutante dresses, one of the staff members helped me to get into the dresses and gave great suggestions for any alterations for my chosen dress! Highly reccommend a visit to this shop if you are trying to find a dress for a special occasion! The price is fairly reasonable too!!

The ladies are beautiful and the atmosphere is amazing and not stressful at all. Have had a lot of visits to the store and interactions with the women in the last 12months and every single experience has been more than pleasant. The alterations lady is beautiful and gave advice and helped me with everything that needed to be altered. There customer service is amazing, they always go above and beyond even when they have very rude customers (witnessed a couple), they stay very professional and continue to speak to them with respect. Highly recommend Shazzam! Thank you so much for helping me find/get the perfect dress for the big day!

Attentive staff. Got the bridesmaids dress we were looking for straight away. The staff were able to help us out with changing the colour to suit the groomsmen's clothing.

My best friend and I were in a few weeks ago had a wonderful experience. She is getting married, and this was the first and only stop, because we found exactly what we wanted. The customer service was impeccable, and we were made to feel welcome. We said yes to the dress. Thank you so much.

She helped find my dream wedding dress and made the process so enjoyable. They make you feel like family. They are very honest and know what dress suits you but also understand your decision. Jenny was really welcoming and easy to deal with right from the beginning. The space was great, I felt comfortable the whole time, and I like how the rest of the team got involved and were giving input for how to best get alterations down the track after I chose my dress.
