Gone down hill rapidly which is such a shame. Food isn't the same, missing items from order, 1 hour

Gone down hill rapidly which is such a shame. Food isn't the same, missing items from order, 1 hour plus wait for collection when told 10 minutes so having to wait around which isn't ideal. Understand tricky times at the moment but spend your well earned money elsewhere. Far better takeaways within close proximity to here. We will not be returning.
