Ordered from here yesterday.. they forgot 2 drinks....ordered from here today...they forgot chips( and a burger but that was a miscommunication)...I phone the shop to say they have missed things again...just to get a mouthful of abuse from the new manager...I go up there to discuss the great customer service I keep receiving....get another mouthful of abuse...then get offered my missing food, and told not to go BACK.. I get back with my son's burger and my other children's chips...the bun was as hard as rock..so I phoned back up to complain and get told "oh sorry we are closed now"..so my advice if you do order from here do not complain about your food .....WORST PLACE TO GET FOOD IN OXFORD
