I've been coming here for a couple of years now and I couldn't recommend it more! Anna is lovely - she understands exactly what you want and if you need advice she is willing and able to take some initiative too. The rest of the staff is friendly, the quality of the service is incredible (best highlights I have had done in my life - and now I got an amazing haircut too) - there is not a single thing I can fault it for. I am a student and save up for it cause it's so worth every pound!

The staff at Shai hair and beauty are London’s best kept secret. I’ve tried boutique salons (eg. Taylor Taylor) and now that I’ve found Shai, won’t trust anyone else with my hair. Shai listens to understand, then knows just how to get the best from your cut, colour and style. Finesse, and the impeccably high standards she strives for means you not only get an amazing hairstyle, but feel cared for like family. Hand sanitiser, distanced stations, masks and visors all firmly in place to make you feel Covid safe. Thank you Shai and the team, you’ve certainly won my loyalty and are, quite simply, phenomenal.

Had an amazing time and got very pleased with result! Felt like in a spa when my hair where washed and head massaged! Well worth the price and will definitely come again all the way from Cornwall!

Change of colour – totally pleased!! I have thick, black hair that I have continuously dyed at the roots with Nice n Easy Root Touch Up. I wanted highlights to lighten my hair overall without it being streaky. I saw Adam who listened to what I wanted and gave great advice. He bleached my hair first (striped the Nice n Easy out!) with highlights and then put an amazing smelling gloss through my hair. He cut my hair beautifully afterwards and I am totally pleased with the overall results!! Adam was great and I can tell an experienced colourist. I have exactly what I wanted – subtle warm brown and dark blond highlights that soften my hair and is pretty. And my hair is in great condition too. I washed it last night and it’s not dry/brittle. Great experience overall. Adam is ace!
