I am very happy to share my experience about this salon with the Google community. Very professional and friendly staff, from reception to the person in charge of your haircut, without forgetting the beautician. They will treat you like royalty and do exactly what you expect them to do. They also use really good products and are more than happy to answer your questions if you have any, knowing their topic on their fingertips. Reasonable in terms of pricing compared to concurrence, I highly recommend it. Thank you guys, you’ve just made a loyal and happy customer :)

My family and I have been going to Saks for the last 10 years and the service has always been brilliant. Payam, Zoe and the staff treat you like family and give great service every time. We wouldn’t even think about going anywhere else.

I felt I was rushed through. The haircut was not what I asked for and there are longer bits the 'principal' hairstylist forgot to cut so its uneven. I wont go back there. Waste of £56.

Saks Heston.. I have been coming here for about a year to get my hair dyed. I am truly amazed at the treatment I receive, it’s an outstanding place to come and have your hair styled, dyed, washed, cut and treated with love and care! Cheryl my stylist understands my hair, my colour and provides my hair with gorgeous real style.

Absolutely awesome :). Been with Saks for over 10 years . Love how I feel after my mini makeover every visit - wash cut blow dry treatment. My hair feels just like the hair adverts and I feel super awesome & walk out with a smile every time . It’s always been super clean so with Covid and restrictions I knew that I had nothing to worry about as their hygiene is 5 * . Everyone is friendly , warm and professional to the core. The only business that I know of where is the owner is always present making sure everyone is happy and walk out satisfied & happy. Definitely recommend it ❤️😊👍

Fabulous service by a highly professional and experienced team personally led by the owner. Great attention to detail and an all round special experience when you have your hair done. Worth the drive from Reading for a hairdresser experienced in Asian hair. Rupa is excellent.

My wife has been a client of Saks for like 10 years. For my bday & Xmas gave me vouchers & it was treat. I have been there pre COVID & post COVID. Absolutely spotless and hygiene level is exemplary. Staff and owner very professional friendly warm & welcoming . No regrets & no complaints. Absolutely recommend it .
