offered a brand new bed for them, explained how they would love it - so turned down other charities and the day comes and all the sudden they turn up and can’t fit it on the van as it’s the last pick up?! surely their planning should have been better to allow them space. super unhelpful when called to rearrange as ‘possibly, could be…’ so basically said yes when another charity could have had it and then due to lack of any planning meant they couldn’t take a perfectly month old bed and another charity could have had it
