Came for a twilight Spa on a Tuesday night. We were initially booked for March but due to lockdown we had postpone it. We had a 2 course meal in the ozone restaurant included in this. We booked this for 6pm so got changed and went straight here before going into the actual spa. We had an option of either starter and main or main and dessert, we both went for the dessert option. Food arrived quickly and we both thoroughly enjoyed it. The portions for the mains were huge which is always a bonus!! I had been to the spa once before in December 2018 and absolutely loved it! Unfortunately this time due to covid it was very different. Although the spa itself was still nice the lack of facilities didn't make it seem very good value for money. None of the steam/sauna rooms were open and the jacuzzis etc had a limit of 2 people per 1, which is understandable but we found people tended to get in somewhere and not move from it. So a lot of the time we were just sat watching and waiting for someone to move. It would maybe be a good idea to have someone monitoring it to make it fair for guests. Apart from this we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the spa and thought it was all very covid secure, although we probably wouldn't come back until things are a bit more 'normal'

We have been to the spa 5 times every other occasion was lovely very relaxing however this occasion was not. I ordered the steak from the ozone and it came over cooked I could not complain as nobody came near us. Before that we had asked for some tap water the waitress rolled her eyes and went to get some for us. Very rude! Then we had went to visit the hydro pool the cleaner came and took the towels, flip flops and gowns so we had to run back in from the rain in our swimwear only! Did not feel relaxed after our visit and will not be returning.
