First time attending the float centre. Did a 90 minute float session. Staff were extremely friendly and informative regarding the process. An extremely relaxing experience. A great time to just focus on being present and meditating. I've had some issues sleeping recently and after one session I have noticed such a difference. Cant wait to come back in the next few weeks. Would definitely recommend for anyone that's curious.

Such a wonderful experience! The lovely Clint greeted me and talked me through my first float session ever, I was a bit nervous but he explained everything so well I couldn’t help feeling safe and relaxed. Being in the tank took some getting used to, it felt a bit humid and stuffy, and the lid was cracked open so I could see some light from the room, but after a few minutes I was able to settle in and had the most relaxing hour of my life. It was incredible to be so weightless, to see and feel nothing, to experience true peace. I can honestly say I have never been this relaxed in my twenty-odd years of consciousness. Thank you Clint and Newcastle Float Centre! I will visit again soon.
