Brilliant place, great quality gym, spotlessly clean as well. Staff also very helpful and friendly. Only downside are the speed 'cliffs' in the car park! Beware of you have a low car!

Delighted to see Sedbergh sports & leisure centre re-open today. The gym equipment is now spaciously arranged in 3 separate rooms with loads of hand sanitizer and wipes available to clean down the equipment before and after use. The staff are really helpful and will spend 5 minutes with you before your session to explain the new rules.

I have to say the council have smashed it with this place. The gym is really large, with lots of different cardio and weight equipment, and they’ve made it work with COVID so you can still come and get a workout done. I like the pool too. I know people miss the slides but it’s perfectly good for those wanting to swim lanes. Clean and tidy. Super impressed.

We took our 6 month old baby to the under fives session as our first visit here and we were blown away by the amazing facilities and, what really stood out, were the wonderful friendly staff - everyone we passed by or dealt with greeted us and smiled and it created the best atmosphere. Swimming with a baby is great - until you have to get them changed or dried. The facilities here are absolutely perfect for a family or parent with baby - the family changing rooms are so convenient and clean; and well appointed. It makes it so much easier to enjoy swimming with a little one when there’s such a considerate set up. Plenty parking, easy access. We loved it. Great place.
