Engaging Alex was a pleasant experience. I have opted for a log timber sauna with fire wood stove. Couple of Alex’s suggestions were incorporated into the final product which I am really happy with. His no-nonsense approach, great attitude, and skills materialised themselves in a form of a fantastic sauna. The sauna was built back in June last year so I have been using it ever since and can say all but good things about the craftsmanship. Log timber being a natural material takes time to settle. There was a minor issue with a front door after few months. I have contacted Alex and he was back on-site to fix the problem. No issue ever since. It wasn’t just a great initial experience but I am happy to report that fixing this minor issue was a breeze with a no-fuss approach. It is great to see someone who stands behind his craftsmanship. Overall I can give 5 out of 5 for craftsmanship, 5 out of 5 for engagement, 5 out of 5 for value for money, and 5 out of 5 for service. Highly recommended.
