I am writing this review on request of my elderly parents who have been long time customers. Six years ago we spent more than $2100 for equipment needed for the pool, and now the chlorinator is no longer functioning and so we had to buy a new one for $445 and with an appointment with Jack to come and place it for us. On Friday the 30th of April by the afternoon Jack had not shown up and he did not call either. I called Jack and he gave me another appointment for last Saturday afternoon, and again he did not show up and di not call either. We waited at home for two days for Jack. This is not professional or courteous. My pool water has turned into a dark colour. I have decided to take back the chlorinator and ask for a refund so that I can resolve this problem else where. For some time we have noticed a decline in their customer service skills, and very unpleasant service, but we hung in there trying to be patient. I also had Swimart come over and fix the big wooden box around the pool chlorination system, and I noticed they had broken a couple of screws on the hutch/lid of the wooden box, leaving only one screw on the hinge on one side, making it unsafe when I lift the big hutch up.

Nice guys, know their stuff. Shame their maintenance team (likely a different business) they use are hopeless. 26 days for a simple cleaner fix, no explanation, offer of discount. Gotta do better, a simple explanation or offer to drop it round, anything.
