First time i went here i asked for my hair to be layered and ended up just having random chunks cut

First time i went here i asked for my hair to be layered and ended up just having random chunks cut from my hair, so i went back the second time (about a year later) thinking i must have just been very unlucky the first time, however, the second visit was just as bad.. an uneven cut and only resembled what i had asked for.
