I’ve been so impressed with Schnauber windows and they’re attention to detail. Throughout the process of having new windows fitted they’re always keen to ensure that everything is just right for the customer and when they set to work they really work hard. The fit is perfect and the finish excellent - I have no complaints whatsoever and have even had a new front door fitted with them because I knew I’d have no worries. It’s very difficult to find workmen that you can really trust to do a job well and if you need something doing well, use Schnauber. Thanks guys

I contacted Schauber after wasting time on countless firms and individuals who said they had the skill and experience to make and fit two wooden bedroom windows into a listed cottage. I was worried that Schauber, as a large firm, wouldn’t want to work on such a small project but Marius, on first visit, quickly put my mind at ease. After the windows were ordered, I was kept up to date about possible delivery and fitting dates and the team arrived on schedule. Their attention to detail was second to none, both in the preparation of the site before starting and the way in which they worked, keeping me up to date with any changes and making suggestions to improve installation. I am so pleased with my new windows and will definitely use Schauber again.

Marius (Business Development Manager) visited my (Edwardian) property in June 2017 and clearly explained the different options to install 6 bespoke wooden sash windows. I was impressed by his consideration and attention. Once we had discussed the project, he was able to give me a quote on the spot. I found the quote to be very reasonable and certainly competitive. Following a detailed survey, installation took place in early Autumn. I was extremely impressed with the fitters. They took care to minimise any disruption and fastidiously cleaned up at the end of each day. It was immediately apparent to me that these guys were first class craftsmen whose skills were not confined to joinery or carpentry. The finished quality did, indeed, surpass my expectations - a truly fantastic job. Marius diligently oversaw all aspects of the installation and this was particularly appreciated. I would unreservedly recommend Schnauber to anyone wishing to have windows that are a work of art.

Our next door neighbours had their front windows replaced by Schnauber a few years back and were pleased with the workmanship and quality of the timber windows so when we came to replace our Edwardian sash windows as well we ordered from Schnauber also. We have been delighted with the quality of the windows, the work from the installation team was excellent and the finishing off/redecorating superb. We had ordered special architraves to match the original Edwardian profiles - these were fitted as well and look really great.

Schnauber custom made windows for our 1850s built house. The installation was wonderfully smooth and the fit and finish perfect. Our drafty and too dark home now is cozy and with a much more open feel.

The house was built in approx 1930 with sash windows within a conservation area in Cambridge. There are nine sash windows on the original building at the front. They must have been installed over 40 years ago - possibly more, and had become difficult to operate and certainly inefficient from a heat conservation point of view. At the back we needed to renew large French doors. So in total there were 10 units to be fitted. On completion the building looked much better and smarter externally whilst retaining its period features. The whole building had a better tone. The improvement in appearance internally was excellent.There was a real gain in environmental comfort - and of course the windows and doors opened and shut and locked easily - what a relief! I liked the design of the window and door furniture. The standard of workmanship was high, and the finish around the replaced units was really excellent - unusually excellent. During the installation the fitters were very careful and clean. It was quite a big undertaking for us but we are delighted with the end result. Inevitably there was some disruption but every care was taken to ensure that we were minimally affected.
