Horrible experience getting my sauna set up with these people. The heater is not good quality and the company is useless with assisting with what parts to use or codes to follow. Customer service was rude and didn’t help me at all... I ended up spending several thousand dollars extra with an electrician trouble shooting and trying to fix the heater... Don’t buy their products. They do not stand by them and will not assist you. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had running my business... Stay away... any other company would be better

Saunacore - when you hear these words. Run and run fast. They do not stand behind their products nor do they care about customer service. I ordered a sauna heater from them and what arrived at my door was a product right out of the 1980s. I immediately tried to return in the original box and they advised my that "due to the electrical components" they offer NO refunds nor exchanges. Instead they offered me a bag of rocks which I would have to pay the shipping for. Honestly, do NOT buy their products - they do not stand behind their products and while their customer service responds to emails their policy of no returns or exchanges is ridiculous. I am selling my 1980s technology product which I paid a 2021 price for scrap metal.

I purchased a saunacore heater and saunacore steamcore steam generator from a local saunacore dealer. Best decision, it arrived in a timely manner and very happy with the very high quality. The customer service by both the dealer and manufacturer is profound! Thanx again for manufacturing such a high quality products.
