Sauna House – Kingston

During my massage, i could hear people walking around and showering. It was very distracting! Massage was just OK and for the price, I expected better. Also, they did not tell me to bring a bathing suit or something to read. I'd never been to a bath house so I didn't know what to expect. They should consider sending helpful instructions when someone books online as I didn't get to enjoy the bath house at all.

My husband and I are obsessed with The Sauna House and cannot wait to come back to Asheville to experience it again! Our massages therapists were just what we needed after our road trip and Cody is one of the best front desk professionals I've come across. Absolutely love the vibe of The Sauna House.

Very hospitable, the massages were nice and it was so great to be able to use the sauna/plunge after the massage appt. They seem to do a good job keeping up with the cleaning. The heated seats were awesome! Prices are very reasonable and they have packages for the sauna/plunge. I do wish there were more surfaces for placing your clothes when you change in the bathrooms and showers (I had a duffel bag I didn’t really want to place on the wet floor.) However there were tons of hooks to hang things which was good.

Truly a wonderful experience with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic staff. I hope to see more of these establishments in the near future. Great way to focus on your health in a relaxing environment.

A legit Sauna house with an incredible cold water in ground jacuzzi… so crisp so cold, invigorating. I totally wish I had one of these in my home state.
