The Secret Spa – Kingston

The location and premises are beautiful. Staff very friendly but would have liked seen more than just a small bowl of fruit ...a selection of berries and more varietiey would have been a nice touch and a selection of herbal teas too. The 'long ' treatments were quite short and deep tissue massage would be a great addition to this package.

Staying at a cottage in the Yorkshire Dales, we booked a Couples package at The Secret Spa and it was a great choice. Great massages and we enjoyed the pool, sauna, and outdoor hot tub. Very friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere, will definitely return on future holidays in the Dales. Great time out from hillwalking! Duncan & Bridget Ferns

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Facilities are excellent and very clean. Customer service was superb. We were very well looked after from the moment we enquired to the moment we left, we even got a follow up email to ask if everything was ok. Very good value for money as well considering you get the place to yourself! Will certainly be back.

We had an amazing experience at The Secret Spa. As soon as we arrived I knew we would not be disappointed. We were celebrating a special occasion and had booked a weeks self catering cottage get away. I researched a spa treat and found this which ticked the box. Beautiful location, private use of facilities, large pool, lovely outdoor new spa jacuzzi on the terrace with fab views and we were lucky with the weather beautiful suu y warm blue sky. The treatments by Bobbie who pampered us so well with massages and she went the extra mile to represented the brand professionally and with character and charm. The Prosecco and fruit were a nice touch and left us super chilled. I can’t recommend highly enough and there really is no criticisms. We left our dog on doggie daycare at Bedale Kennels which we also great. Nice to support a local independent business.Also fab after lockdown to get in a pool. My tip would be to provide Taylor coffee bags as the only coffee option was powder lattes but that my preference. It might be appreciated by coffee drinkers. Well done on a luxury treat that was worth the pennies and didn’t disappoint.
