I have been going to Sara’s for years for my eyebrow threading and was always happy with the results but I went last week and the next day noticed three little marks right above my eyebrow which were quite sore. The following day this had developed into a very large red lump which was very painful and was now travelling towards my eyelid, I woke up yesterday with one aide of my face and jaw completely swollen up and my eye closing over. Had a trip to A&E in the middle of the night and have been told it is Cellultis. I now have a strong course of Antibiotics and a very painful swollen face. Wouldn’t be back now after this as my face is a mess and very concerned about cleanliness.

The worst welcome ever. I was given the wrong appointment time and told I’m 40 mins late rather than a hi or welcome. The manager named Sera has very poor customer service. She was very rude and arrogant. She called me 5 times before my appointment and texted me on her personal number. Very unprofessional. She pointed at the clock to show me how late I am. Absolutely atrocious and humiliating behaviour. The pedicure was really good and other staff that did mine and my friends pedicure were very friendly and nice. However the manager sera is very unfriendly, rude and lacks basic manners. I would try somewhere else.
