Absolutely appalling. I am left scarred and disfigured because the 'therapist' burned my skin with an Ipl laser. Yes she burned my skin. I received no consultation before the procedure, i told her during it that it was too warm and she didn't take it off my skin. There was no advice or treatment regarding the burn, she didn't even ask I was ok. She made it out that it was all in my head and 'my skins' fault. Now this company are refusing to accept liability and made me out a liar in legal documents and lied themselves. I am left extremely distressed and disfigured by my one visit there and I wish I didn't bother buying the wowcher voucher. It makes sense now that there was so much availability to come in for the patch test, I should of paid attention to the red flags.
