Destroyed my card before I could pick it up. Edit - I later found out my card had never arrived as there was an error but the bank did not investigate this and instead lied to me, I had to sort the issue out through a more friendly local branch
Awful service just like the bank it’s self Santander is literally the worst. Glad I switched to nationwide today
Pro: friendly and helpful service. Con: expect to wait at least 3 weeks for an appointment to open a new account.

Lovely members of staff, the gentleman answered all my questions and gave me a lot of helpful information!! The lady behind the counter also helped with additional queries in good timing!

The staff have no clue what processes to follow, had to go in three times to get one task completed. They are just good at talking. Waste a customers time if you have to go in three times when the same task in another bank takes a few minutes to be done. Very disappointed, the staff don't care to ring to inform the customer if they have missed some requirement for there bank which they should know very well. Absolutely waste of time, with a busy can't afford to keep going in just because they didn't know steps in their processes.
