Amazing staff. I've never been in a bank and felt as warm a welcome as I received here. Really if you’re training new people fine but don’t make customers wait a ridiculous amount of time to do their banking. My wife was there almost an hour !

Good bank nice staff allways there to help would recomend to anybody keep up the great work just changed my account on line it was a breeze did it in 5mins would allways recommend this bank,contactless card and 300 a day on visa debit card now corona virus is being beaten the bank is a lot more excecable its good to be back to near normal like to go into bank instead of all on line,Derek moores 👍🇬🇧💰🤑
