I'd say this shop is the largest of the Sainbury's branch I've ever been throughout the country. Easy to access the products in each aisle. Easy to search for an item using the sign board on every aisle, so you don't have to run through the entire shop for a single item.

Busy place here at Kidlington, every time I visit. However, you can find most things you want quickly. The challenge, like many places these days is to exercise patience when queuing to connect to your credit/debit card.

I've just bought some flowers for my wife for her birthday. When gave the to her and she went to put them in a vase, some of the blooms where passed their best. I returned them to the store, where I was told the flowers were ok, so I had to point out the flowers I question. Then I was allowed to change them, I feel the situation could have been handled better and an apology for the disappointed, would have been appreciated. When I buy flowers for a gift, I like to think they should be of saleable quality.

Go there every week for my shopping. Just wish they wouldn't keep changing the shelves around. If I can't find what I want I go without. Can't be bothered to keep looking for something.

Great store, friendly staff and service! Love the fresh sushi counter 😋 Having an argos inside is also a bonus, although it would help if they had more things in stock to collect on the same day! A part from this, everything else is brilliant 👍

Great big store, had a sale on summer clothes so got some tops for £4 to £8. I love going here as they have a fresh sushi counter. Went to the tills and lady who served me was very friendly and polite. There are lots of self-service checkouts as well.

2/ 5

Sainsbury's generally, as a supermarket chain, I find perfectly acceptable. They stock a decent range of organic products, many of which are own brand products at a very reasonable price. I usually find the staff both friendly and helpful. What lets them down is their after sales service or customer service. I ordered some batteries on special offer by way of 'Click and Collect' as part of my regular shopping. Unfortunately they did not have them in stock at the time, so supplied alternative batteries at nearly twice the price. I was told because they were more expensive than the ones I had actually ordered they would refund the difference. They didn't. When I tried to raise the issue with them by phone, I was informed that they would not refund the difference and I had accepted the batteries. Frankly they couldn't have appeared less interested. Their main concern seemed to be to blame everybody else, different department, no procedure to deal with this type of issue etc. And get me off the phone as quickly as possible. So Sainsbury's, o.k if everything goes o.k, but if any thing goes wrong and you need some kind of customer services or after sales support they are appalling. Take care with the 'Click and Collect' as well, you never quite know what you are going to get, and apparently once you've paid for it, you've paid for it. They've got your money and your left standing with whatever they decided to give you.
