Decent store with ample parking. Has an Argos in-store which is also a dpd drop off and collection point. The patisserie is really good and Sainsbury's customer services is generally better than the other big supermarkets. Would use more often but for the distance to travel and the traffic congestion in the surrounding area

Do the weekly shop here. Pleasant place to shop, wide aisles, helpful staff, an altogether less manic way to shop. Sometimes a little pricey, but this can be offset by discounts at other times.

Well stocked. Spotlessly clean and some good offers. Have started shopping here more than usual, as they usually have "hard to find" ingredients required for recipes.

Sainsbury's is my go to because of the vegan and gluten free options. The fruit and veg is a relatively higher quality, but with a relatively higher price tag! The toilet facilities are good (except the baby change soap dispenser on the ground floor never works but I keep forgetting to complain to customer services about it). Most of the staff are lovely on the tills. I generally never need to ask for anything. Although sometimes I've found multiple packets of out of date food in the home baking aisle. I've also used the travel money service which is excellent.

The bakery staff have lost the plot here: the beauty about fresh bread is that you can cut it however you want, in different sizes, for different people's needs. Instead, they insist on pre-slicing every single fresh loaf, meaning they'll go stale more quickly. I've raised this more than once. They also refuse to sell fresh yeast anymore. I suggest they slice only 20% of their fresh loaves, and leave the rest for the customers to slice. And that they start selling fresh yeast again (it makes much tastier bread at home).
