Great shop with great variety, selling flowers & plants, cards & wrap, lovely instore bakery, fresh produce, wonderful choice across meat and deli items and so many ready made meal options. Also ordered clothing online to pick up next day from food store, they told me I can return online orders with them too!

Hello , On Monday the 25th at 13.42 .I used your Heswall Shop.It was quite a large shop. So at the checkout I realised that getting to my car would be difficult for me as I have a mobility issue and your parking area is on a slight slop. The trolley takes off me. A lovely male member of your team came to help me, am sorry but I don't know his name . But I would like to thank him for his kindness .He lead me to my car offering me his arm to link loaded my food in the boot. He was so friendly. Am sure you will be able to find him with a few questions as he deserves recognition. LYNNE

I went to the foodhall in Heswall this morning. I was desperately looking for roast chicken slices, but there weren't any on the shelf. I was looking at chicken breasts, thinking I could slice them and a lovely lady member of staff said to me " excuse me sir, don't you normally have this chicken" , just what I was looking for. I couldn't believe this lady remembered. But she did and made my morning. Your staff are brilliant, and they certainly know what your regulars want. Thank you very much. Please identify yourself if asked. The store is a better place with you there. Thank you dear, once again. Chris Burcombe.

Excellent choice and excellent service by the staff, during these interesting times, very prompt service at the tills, staff quickly asked to open a till, when more than a few people waiting. Trolleys cleaned and staff extremely helpful during what must be a difficult time. Well done M&S Heswall
