I came with my daughter a Birthday treat. Have to say left with an amazing experience. From start to finish the Spa & Massage was amazing. The lady showing us around was very professional & explained everything well. Nicola did an amazing massage & has tempted me to come for a regular one. Thoroughly recommend it.

I came to this spa in the hope I could have a relaxing experience. Once we arrived the staff were very welcoming and showed us around. However, once in the spa it quickly became apparent that it would not be a relaxing experience. We were surrounded by children of all ages, which ruined the atmosphere. It was very noisy, and the children just wanted to play in the jacuzzi and were in and out of the steam rooms. An age limit should be in place, or this should be advertised as a family spa, so people are aware in advance. The shower facilities were not available, which was very unhygienic. We were not notified of this beforehand, and so left without a shower. We had travelled from a different city, and this left us feeling a bit grubby. We had booked a facial too. We had been to many facials, and sadly this was not a good experience. We hope the spa take on board the feedback as overall it is a nice facility.

The staff were very welcoming and professional. They continually checked if we were okay throughout our visit and explained the facilities of the spa. However the only downside to it was that there will children present in the beginning who were splashing around in the jacuzzi. Kids should be allocated a separate “family day” and should not be mixed with the other adults who are trying to relax.

A party of us came here for a spa day and pamper and we loved every minute! The spa and rooms are kept very clean which is a big deal considering all the covid issues! This made us feel very comfortable! The staff kept coming to check if we were okay and if we needed anything. The drinks provided during the spa session were refreshing and much needed! There was only praise for the treatments we had! Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience! Can't wait to book again for another relaxing day! Thank you to all staff at Safiya's Retreat.
