walking in I was welcomed and took a seat but as the lady was doing my nails I did not feel comfortable! I felt as though she didn’t want to do my nails. I asked for a specific style and they did not deliver that even though they said they could. I suffer from hyperhidrosis which means I sweat a lot especially with my hands which made things even worse and I felt as though she wanted me out of there as soon as possible. I will not be going back due to the lack of care and what they delivered.

Absolutely love having my nails and lashes done. The ladies are very patient even when you fall asleep when having your lashes done and will do exactly as you say. I find it’s helpful booking your appointments in advance but if they have cancellations they always post so keep an eye out. Hope you’re keeping safe. Can’t wait till they’re open again so I can have my lashes and nails done again

I have always had my lashes done with Saby and today I got my nails done in the salon there for the first time! Also the first time in almost 10 years I've had shellac on my natural nails instead of acrylics after managing to grow them through lockdown. Lovely Vlada did my nails and I absolutely love them! Such a professional service and treatment done to the best standard. Thank you!💖💕😊

I went for the first time in 2019. The work of that lady was excellent. Without any imperfections. So I went again after about 1.5 years. *To emphasize she was a different lady this time.* At first, she looked at me with a very ugly and derogatory style .. when she did my nails she made various grimaces, sounds and movements for my nails, while I had warned the salon that I have naturally long nails and they confirmed me that they can and that there is no problem. On the nails now, her work was miserable. She cut my nails more than I told her but I ignored it. But each nail has a different shape and a different length! Her work was lousy, the application of the gel on the nail was catastrophic, awful! A girl who will try to do nails for the first time will do them better! I have been going for nails for about 7 years, I went to a lot of nail technicians and I have never encountered such a bad approach in all sectors again !!! [Let me clarify that I am referring to the work of only one specific employee and not to the whole store.] *Also they use remarkable and good quality products.*

I absolutely love this salon. I get my eyelashes done regularly and honestly can say they do such a good job. They lasted 6 months during lock down! 6 months!! I went somewhere else a while back and they lasted two weeks and I paid more. Not just that, but you get timely, efficient service and it’s value for money. Thanks so much. And thanks for the blanket and comfort when I get them done.
