Great massage, my therapist was very thorough and attentive, tailoring her technique to my needs. The spa itself had a nice comforting atmosphere. I would definitely recommend.

It's good to find new talent with fresh ideas joining The Snug. My partner and I have recently visited the UK for the second time and stayed at a beautiful hotel in Warwick. We were both excited to find Preena was our therapist again for the second time. We have travelled to several destinations and experienced a variety of therapist, but we both found Preena outstanding and exceptional. We would highly recommend a visit. We are planning another business trip to the UK soon and we will make a special trip to Leicester to see Preena for treatments.
