Positives 1. Cheaper to stay than other places. 2. Clean sheets and well made beds. 3. Clean bedrooms and clean building. 4. Nice, polite and helpful staff. 5. Walking distance to city center. Negatives 1. No free parking spaces. You will have to pay and display. Which is quite expensive unless you are coming after 6 pm which is £3. 2. Cleaner could do a better job by cleaning the corners and side of the beds. Overall a good experience. Will recommend and will come again.

Well run backpackers. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds. Kitchen and free 24 hour tea, coffee milk, bread, cereal etc. Friendly staff, warm welcome and good WiFi. It would have been 5 star but for broken lockers. Perhaps management could source replacements which allow use of guest's own padlock.

I spent 2 nights there for the first time. On the last day, I left my luggage for the day. When I got it back, I sat in the common room because my train was 2 hours after, without bothering anyone. The manager came to me to ask when I was living, I told 7. At 18.59 he came back saying "it's time to live", basically move ! I've never been treated in this way in a place where I spent 2 nights in a private room. It's a pity because everything was fine so far... If you're looking hospitality and sympathy don't go there.

Perfectly fine for an overnight stay. £18 for a bunk bed in a male-only dorm of 6 ppl, shared bathrooms with shower and a basic breakfast of cereal, toast, spreads, plus tea and coffee. Clean and my dorm mates were polite, quiet and mature, despite Damnation Festival being on that day. Towel not provided, which isn't explicitly mentioned, but the lack of one mentioned at all meant I took my own micro towel.

This is a response to the person that runs Leeds I have notified the relevant authorities and go ahead contact the police I was the person that was injured due to the fact the bunk beds are unsafe and the place is dangerous all I have done is spoke the truth about this place and all this company has done is lied Rika Ramesh is a liar no body likes this place 3.5 that says it all. Anybody that has any sense stay away from this place its really bad. Just an update my solicitors have now filed a compensation claim against this company on my behalf and I have sent my evidence to my solicitors and this company is yet to respond and as its been a while now my solicitors are preparing for court against this company for negligence, I have a good chance of winning this case in court due to the evidence I have against this company regarding the accident due to the beds being unsafe.

Alright place if you stay for only one night and don't let Angela (the receptionist) ruin your mood with her unwelcoming attitude. The check in process took 45 minutes during which she multiple times told my friend&I to shut up. There is a bad smell inside the whole hostel, including in the rooms. Showers are not too bad. Good security and free breakfast are also a plus.

The mixed reviews here are confusing. After I spend a night there I can see why: it's an OK hostel with OK cleaning and OK quality for the traveler on a budget. BUT it will depend on who greets you at front desk. I was met by a lady who treated me ddisrespectfully since the first minute, and got very desperate and frustrated with the process of checking me in and showing me around. She would not take questions nicely and told me to shut up. I do not understand how such a toxic employee can still be allowed to work with this attitude. Manager, this person is ruining your business! Gladly I found another solution for my second night. Good luck, you will need it!
