Runaya Beauty oxford

I never write reviews but getting my eyebrows threaded here today was so swift, so relaxed, so affordable and so well done. I don't even live in Oxford anymore but I'm going to make sure to come back whenever I'm down visiting family. Highly recommend.

Flawless service every time. I started going to Runaya Beauty about six months ago for my brows and since then have dropped any other brow services I used and exclusively go to her. My brows have never looked so good! Love it here!

Disappointing service this time. I have been a number of times before so I know that usually the half set of false eyelashes will last 3 weeks or so. This time, half of the right eye had shed within 24 hours. After 48 hours the left was also looking sparse. It is 5 days since the treatment and no lashes left :( As I have had false eyelashes before I stick to the rules (no oil based moisturiser, no water, no mascara etc) so I really feel that either there was a problem with the glue or in their application. I contacted Sheetal but no recompense was offered. I am so disappointed and I will not return.

The best and least painful wax I've ever had - even though I'm 6.5 months pregnant! Sheetal was so lovely and professional - she put me right at ease. I would recommend her 100%

I think they do a good job generally. The service is nice and their work is good. It's just mildly more expensive than other places in oxford where you get a comparable service

I spent 12 pound for a eyebrow wax for them to use threading .. they look uneven and messy.. I’d rather of gone to a cheaper nail salon! At least they look tidy.. they look barely touched

I have used Runaya for waxing for 3 years and I am so happy with the result every time. I have had different employees but everyone uses the same technique so the result has always been the same, efficient and as painless as possible. Thank you for wonderful service.
